I help people with chronic or acute pain move from their stressed body to feeling better overall, so that they can live their lives without pain or tension by aiding to move unwanted energy from the body. My goal is to release tension and stress from your muscles of concern by putting you in a relaxed state so that your mind calms down and the body can promote its natural ability to heal. I've been massaging since 2005 with certificates in Feet reflexology and Thai massage. Since then, I've worked at a few spas as a spa massage therapist in Japan and Canada, and apprenticed a couple of Asian massage teachers along the way. My technique is a mix of Thai, Taiwanese, shiatsu and therapeutic oil massage. Also, I have been teaching yoga for more than 15 years and currently teaching at VI Yoga School.
